For adults only.
2 tablets per day in 2 divided doses, or 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the afternoon. Avoid taking after 16 hours.
Method of administration
Let fully dissolve the tablets in a glass of water.
Duration of treatment
The treatment time is limited to 4 weeks.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
There are no data in animals teratogenesis.
Clinically, no teratogenic or foetotoxic effect appeared to date. However, monitoring of pregnancies exposed to this drug is insufficient to exclude any risk.
Consequently, as a precautionary measure, it is preferable not to use this medicine during pregnancy.
Due to the lack of data is excreted in human milk, use of this drug should be avoided during breastfeeding.
Because of the possibility of occurrence of insomnia, it is best to avoid taking this medication after 16 hours.
Due to the presence of sucrose, this medicine is against-indicated in cases of fructose intolerance, malabsorption of glucose and galactose, or sucrase-isomaltase.
Due to the presence of maltodextrin (source of glucose), this drug is against-indicated in cases of malabsorption of glucose and galactose.
This medicinal product contains 616 mg of sodium per tablet: take this into account in people on a controlled sodium diet.

These effervescent tablets contain salt ( sodium ) in significant quantities.
This medicinal product contains caffeine which is no longer considered to be a prohibited substance in anti-doping tests. Nevertheless, it is part of the surveillance program of the World Anti-Doping Agency. It can be found in athletes' urine to detect any misuse.

This drug is indicated in the states of transient fatigue of the adult (more than 15 years).
Do not take GCFORM, an effervescent tablet if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medication ( see What contains GCFORM, effervescent tablet ).

Due to the possibility of insomnia, it is preferable to avoid taking this medicine after 16 hours.
Due to the presence of sucrose, this drug is contraindicated in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase / isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases).
Due to the presence of maltodextrin (source of glucose), this drug is contraindicated in patients with glucose and galactose malabsorption syndrome (rare disease).

Allow the tablet to dissolve completely in a glass of water.
Duration of the treatment
If you take more GCFORM, effervescent tablet than you should: tell your doctor or pharmacist.
If you forget to take GCFORM, effervescent tablet: do not take a double dose to compensate for the dose you have forgotten to take.

This medication is intended to alleviate a temporary state of fatigue.
