Desmodium promotes liver function:
Desmodium is a herbaceous plant, common in damp, shady places in tropical and subtropical regions of America, Africa and India. Its slender stems, covered with fine hairs, are long and creeping and tend to wrap around the trunks of oil palms. The leaves are used therapeutically.
