Oral use: Before takingSargenor 1g Sugar-Free ChewableTablets, dissolve the effervescent tablets in a glass of water.
The duration of treatment is limited to 15 days.
Arginine-based products are most commonly intended for bodybuilders, athletes, people with muscle injuries, or those with heart conditions. Dosages depend on the individual’s diet. They typically range from three to ten grams per day, to be taken between thirty and sixty minutes before a workout or before bedtime.
As a semi-essential amino acid, arginine is found in many dietary sources of protein, both animal and plant-based. This compound plays several important roles in the body’s functioning.
Researchers believe that arginine helps improve athletes’ physical performance. This hypothesis is based on the roles the amino acid plays in the body, such as its involvement in creatine production. This substance therefore plays a role in muscle contraction, as well as in the muscle-to-fat ratio (https://medlineplus.gov/exerciseandphysicalfitness.html). This property is also attributed to arginine due to its role in stimulating growth hormone (GH).

This medication is only an adjunct treatment that complements the effects of these essential measures. The effervescent tablets should be stored away from moisture.

This medicine is indicated in the states of transient fatigue of the adult and the child of more than 12 years.

· Allergic (hypersensitivity) to arginine aspartate or any of the other ingredients mentioned in "Additional Information".

Take special care with SARGENOR WITHOUT SUGAR 1 g, chewable tablet sweetened with saccharin sodium and sodium cyclamate:
· The appearance of fatigue in children under 12, even if it seems transient, requires a consultation with your doctor.
· If fatigue persists after 4 weeks of treatment or if fatigue is accompanied by unusual symptoms, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Interaction with other medicines
Taking or using other medicines:
This medicine contains arginine aspartate. Other medicines contain it. Do not combine them, so as not to exceed the maximum recommended doses (see section "If you take more than 1 g SARGENOR WITHOUT SUGAR, chewable tablet sweetened with saccharin sodium and sodium cyclamate you should not have" ).
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, even medicines obtained without a prescription.
