This aerial plant loves the scrubland of southern Europe and calcareous soils, stand the cold and has pale purple flowers arranged in loose spikes at the top of long stems. Flowering and pickup later than true lavender. Spike lavender essential oil provides a qualified emergency because it will be "miraculous" to relieve and heal almost instantly severe burns and wasp stings.
