1. WHAT IS GLIBERT, solution for cutaneous application in a single-dose container AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
Pharmacotherapeutic class: Other antiseptics and disinfectants, ATC code: D08AX01
This medicine is a local antiseptic for external use, for local application to the skin, in a 10 ml single-dose container.
It is recommended for :
- to clean eroded skin and small wounds,
- to stop bleeding from small superficial wounds.
Note: antiseptic agents are not sterilizing agents, but temporarily reduce the number of micro-organisms.

Never use EAU OXYGENEE 10 VOLUMES GLIBERT, solution for cutaneous application in a single-dose container:
- THIS MEDICATION MUST NOT BE PUT IN CONTACT WITH THE EYES.
IF IN DOUBT, ASK YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST.

Special warnings
Take special care with EAU OXYGENEE 10 VOLUMES GILBERT, solution for cutaneous application in a single-dose container:
- The solution must be used immediately after opening.
- Do not use to irrigate closed or semi-closed cavities, on highly vascularized wounds or under occlusive dressings. This product must be used strictly in accordance with its indications.
- Do not use to disinfect medical-surgical equipment.

Rules to follow to avoid single-dose errors:
- Carefully read the information on the unit-dose label and check the product's route of administration.
- Do not identify the product solely by its single-dose presentation.
- Keep single-dose products in their original packaging (out of the reach and sight of children).
- Do not store single-dose nasal or eye washes such as saline in the same place as single-dose skin disinfectants such as chlorhexidine.
- Dispose of single-dose units after use, even if they still contain product, as they are for single use only.

Dosage
Use pure 10-VOLUME hydrogen peroxide to cleanse damaged skin and small wounds.
Apply pure 10 VOLUME hydrogen peroxide to bleeding from small superficial wounds.
Directions for use
External use, cutaneous route.
If you feel that the effect of this medicine is too strong or too weak, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

4. WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS?
Like all medicines, this drug may cause undesirable effects, but they do not occur systematically in everyone.
Tingling sensations may occur in wounds, but this is of no consequence and should not lead to changes in treatment.
Cases of gas embolism (formation of air bubbles in the blood vessels), sometimes fatal, have been reported when the indication for use has not been respected.indication has not been respected (irrigation of closed or semi-closed cavities, or on highly vascularized wounds, or under occlusive dressing).

5. HOW TO USE EAU OXYGENEE 10 VOLUMES GLIBERT, solution for cutaneous application in single-dose container?
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the box.
Store at a temperature not exceeding +30°C.
Keep single-dose containers in the outer packaging, protected from light.
Do not dispose of any medicine down the drain or in the household waste. Ask your pharmacist to identify any medicines you no longer use. This will help protect the environment.
