Ialuset 10 impregnated compresses contain a solution specially formulated to promote wound healing. This solution helps create an environment conducive to healing by keeping the wound area clean and protected from external irritants.
Compresses that improve wound healing
In addition to promoting wound healing, Ialuset 10 impregnated compresses also help reduce the risk of infection. The solution present in the compresses has antimicrobial properties that help kill bacteria present in the wound, reducing the risk of infectious complications.
Oozing or over-infected wounds can cause unpleasant symptoms such as pain, itching and irritation. Ialuset 10 impregnated compresses can help relieve these symptoms by soothing the wound area and reducing pain and itching sensations.
Impregnated compresses are easy to use, making them convenient for home care or medical settings. Simply remove the compress from its individual packaging, apply it to the wound, making sure to cover the entire affected area, then secure in place with a dressing or adhesive bandage if necessary.

Precaution of use
Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
In animals, sodium hyaluronate has no effect on fertility or general reproductive capacity. It is neither embryotoxic nor teratogenic, and has no effect on the peri- and post-natal period. In healthy or sick subjects, systemic absorption is very low after topical application. The metabolism of systemically-administered hyaluronic acid is similar to that of endogenous hyaluronic acid.
Its use therefore does not appear to be contraindicated in pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Undesirable effects :
Cutaneous effects: a few rare cases of pruritus-type sensitization have been reported.
What is the composition?
Hyaluronic acid (sodium salt).
Excipients: surfactant, oleic acid decyl ester, emulsifying wax, humectant, glycerol, methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, dihydroacetate, acidifier, fragrance, water.

Our expert opinion
Warnings:
- Although skin absorption is low, the risk of systemic effects cannot be ruled out. These are all the more likely when the antiseptic is used over a large surface area, under an occlusive dressing, on injured skin (especially burns), mucous membranes, or on the skin of premature babies or infants (due to the surface/weight ratio and the occlusive effect of diapers on the seat area).
- Microbial contamination may occur as soon as the packaging of an antiseptic preparation is opened.
- Follow cleaning and disinfection procedures for burns and wounds, as well as their surrounding areas.
- Avoid exposing parts of the body treated with ialuset® Plus to bright light (risk of photosensitization).
- In subjects suffering from renal or hepatic insufficiency, avoid application to open wounds, especially ulcers.
- Single-use compress: do not use if packaging is damaged.
- Cream: close tube tightly after use. Do not use beyond the expiry date shown on the outer packaging.
- This medical device must be stored at a temperature below 30°C.
