Grapefruit seed extract is a food supplement based on grapefruit seed extract and acerola , a source of vitamin C.
The grapefruit seed extract is dosed at 12.5 mg of bioflavonoids per tablet.
Vitamin C , dosed at 100% of the NRV* (for 2 tablets), has an energizing action, contributing to the reduction of fatigue. In addition, it has antioxidant power and thus protects cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also plays a strong role in the body's metabolism since it participates in natural defences.

1 to 2 tablets per day during the main meal with a glass of water.
