Chlorella is an alga, like spirulina but is not the same type of algae. Spirulina is a cyanobacterium and chlorella is an alga in the strict sense of the term. Like spirulina, it is important that the quality of the chorella is perfect therefore without heavy metals or pesticides. Do not forget that chlorella is a sensor of waste and therefore necessarily captures those present in its natural environment or culture. Rich in chlorophyll and proteins (amino acids), chlorella is a doping and energizing nutrient.
