When should you take UPSA Booster Max to improve concentration?
UPSA Booster Max is a dietary supplement in the form of effervescent tablets with a mango-lemon flavor that combines three families of active ingredients in a single dose: Cereboost, an American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) root extract, 80 mg of caffeine, and a blend of vitamins and minerals—vitamin C, vitamins B5 and B6, magnesium, and zinc. American ginseng is a cousin of Asian ginseng, which you’ll find in our selection of ginseng dietary supplements.
Cereboost is the formula’s main active ingredient. Two clinical studies involving 32 and 52 healthy adults observed improvements in concentration and working memory for up to six hours after a single dose of 200 mg of this extract—the amount provided by one tablet.
Vitamin C, vitamins B5 and B6, and magnesium help reduce fatigue. Vitamin C supports normal energy metabolism—that is, the conversion of food into energy that the body can use.
Vitamin B5, or pantothenic acid, supports normal mental performance, and zinc supports normal cognitive function. UPSA Booster Max is designed for adults facing a demanding day: a long meeting, a project to finish, exam preparation, or getting back into the swing of things after a vacation.
A morning of concentration also depends on the environment: a noisy open-plan office, a neighbor doing renovations, or a commuter train are enough to distract you. For this reason, we recommend Nuitol Pocket foam earplugs, which reduce ambient noise by up to 35 dB. The tablet provides the nutrients you need for the day, while the earplugs block out the distractions.

Precautions
- For adults only.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Not recommended in cases of cardiac edema or kidney disease, peptic ulcer, high blood pressure, heart problems, or hyperthyroidism.
- The effervescent tablet contains sodium: if you are on a low-sodium diet, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
- Not recommended when taken concurrently with antidiabetic medications.
- If you are under medical supervision or undergoing treatment, this product should be used under medical supervision. American ginseng reduces the effect of warfarin, and caffeine interacts with several medications: vitamin K antagonists, lithium, clozapine and other antipsychotics, theophylline, fluvoxamine and certain antidepressants, MAOIs, and quinolone antibiotics.
- Zinc and magnesium reduce the absorption of certain medications taken at the same time: allow at least a 2-hour interval between taking quinolones, cyclines, bisphosphonates, levothyroxine, and iron or calcium salts.
- Take into account the caffeine contained in other sources such as coffee, tea, energy drinks, or sodas to avoid excessive consumption. For adults, the EFSA sets the limit at 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources combined, and 200 mg in a single dose. Do not combine with any other supplement containing caffeine, guarana, mate, green tea, or ginseng.
- Palpitations, nervousness, tremors, or headaches may indicate caffeine intolerance: stop taking the product and consult a healthcare professional.
- Persistent fatigue despite rest, or unusual difficulty concentrating, warrants a medical consultation.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
- Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Store away from light, heat (below 25°C), and moisture. Close the tube tightly after opening. Keep out of reach of children.

Our expert advice on UPSA Booster Max for busy days
The most important thing to consider before taking your first tablet is your total daily caffeine intake—not just your morning intake. Many customers think of coffee, but rarely consider their afternoon tea, the soda they had with lunch, or a second “energy” supplement already in their cupboard. At the counter, we’ll help you calculate this; it’s this calculation—more than the tablet itself—that determines how well you’ll tolerate it.
This supplement supports a demanding day; it doesn’t replace the night’s sleep that precedes it. A tablet taken after four hours of sleep masks the sleep debt without paying it off. Nor does it address the things that most distract you during the day: notifications, multitasking, and skipped breaks.
FAQ
Can UPSA Booster Max keep me awake?
Caffeine remains in the body for several hours: on average, it takes five hours to eliminate half of it, and longer for some people. When taken in the morning, the tablet allows time for the caffeine to be eliminated before bedtime; when taken in the late afternoon, it may delay falling asleep, especially in sensitive individuals.
Is one UPSA Booster Max tablet equivalent to one cup of coffee?
One tablet contains roughly the same amount of caffeine as an espresso. It therefore counts as one cup toward your daily total.
How long does it take to feel the effects of UPSA Booster Max?
There’s no guaranteed timeframe: the effects vary from person to person, depending on the quality of the previous night’s sleep, the time of day it’s taken, and caffeine consumption habits. Someone who already drinks several cups of coffee a day generally notices less of a difference.
Can I become dependent on UPSA Booster Max?
Regular caffeine consumption leads to tolerance: the body gets used to it, and the perceived effect diminishes. Abruptly stopping after several weeks may be accompanied by headaches or temporary fatigue for a few days, which will subside on their own.
