Granions Collagen+ Multi combinesfive types of collagen—I, II, III, V, and X—with vitamin C, copper, and biotin. This dietary supplement combines marine-sourced collagen and eggshell membrane in a formula designed to support your skincare, hair care, and connective tissue care routines.
The formula primarily contains low-molecular-weight hydrolyzed marine collagen, with a molecular weight of less than 2,000 daltons. Hydrolysis involves breaking down collagen into smaller peptides. Two tablets provide 850 mg of Type I marine collagen, 300 mg of Type III, and 50 mg of Type II in the form of Cartidyss®.
This complex also includes 300 mg of Ovomet® eggshell membrane, which provides, among other things, types I, V, and X collagen. This ingredient naturally contains elastin and hyaluronic acid, at levels of 75 mg and 9 mg, respectively, per two tablets. It thus complements the marine sources with components derived from the egg membrane.
Vitamin C comes from acerola juice powder. It contributes to the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for the normal functioning of the skin, cartilage, and bones. This nutrient fits into a nutritional approach focused on skin and bone health.
Biotin, also known as vitamin B8, helps maintain normal skin and hair. It rounds out the formula to support you in caring for your hair.
