How to use Boiron Idryline dry eye eye drops 20 single doses?

Ophthalmic route:

Before instillation, wash your hands to ensure hygienic administration.

To maintain product sterility, we recommend using the single-dose container immediately after opening the packaging.

Here are the steps for instillation:

  1. Open the sachet containing the single-dose containers.
  2. Remove a single-dose container and carefully close the sachet by folding over the open side.
  3. Turn the tip of the single-dose container to open it.
  4. Place 1 to 2 drops of eye drops into the conjunctival cul-de-sac, avoiding contact with the eye or eyelids. To do this, look upwards, pull the eyelid slightly downwards and place the drops in this space.
  5. Blink your eyelids several times to ensure that the drops spread evenly over the surface of the eye.

This single-dose eye drop contains no preservatives. It is therefore recommended not to store it after opening for future use.

Pharmacotherapeutic class: Homeopathic medicines

IDRYLINE is a homeopathic medicine traditionally used in the symptomatic treatment of dry eyes.

2. WHAT DO I HAVE TO KNOW BEFORE TAKING IDRYLINE, eye drops in single-dose containers?

Never take or give IDRYLINE, eye drops in solution in a single-dose container:

- If you are allergic to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine, as listed in section 6.

- In children under 12 years of age.

Warnings and precautions

- DO NOT SWALLOW, DO NOT INJECT

- Do not administer into the nose or ear.

- If symptoms do not improve or worsen, consult a doctor.

- In the event of reduced visual acuity, difficulty in holding the eyes open or acute and persistent pain, consult a doctor.

- In case of treatment with another eye drop, space out instillations by 15 minutes.

3. HOW TO TAKE IDRYLINE, eye drops in solution in a single-dose container?

For adults and children aged 12 and over.

Dry eyes in children under 12 should be treated by a doctor.

Dosage

1 to 2 drops in each eye, morning and evening, for a minimum of 15 days.

Medical advice should be sought if symptoms persist beyond 15 days.

Method of administration

Ophthalmic route

Wash hands before use.

To ensure that the solution is always sterile , use the product immediately after opening the single-dose container.

1. Open the sachet.

2. Remove one single-dose container. Carefully close the sachet containing the other single-dose containers by folding over the open side.

3. Open the single-dose container by turning the mouthpiece.

4. Place 1 to 2 drops of eye drops into the conjunctival sac, looking upwards, pulling the eyelid slightly downwards and avoiding contact of the tip with the eye or eyelids.

5.blink your eyelids several times to allow the eye drops to spread evenly over the surface of the eye.

This single-dose container does not contain any preservatives, so do not store the opened container for later use.

Do not take or give a double dose to make up for the one you have forgotten to take or give.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Do not use this medicine after the expiration date indicated on the box. The expiration date refers to the last day of that month. Do not use beyond one month after opening the sachet.

After opening the sachet: keep unused single-dose containers in the sachet.

After opening the single-dose container:

- Discard the single-dose container after use.

- Do not store for future use.

Do not dispose of any medicine down the drain or in the household waste. Ask your pharmacist to dispose of any medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment.

Tirer la paupière inférieure vers le bas tout en regardant vers le haut et déposer les gouttes de collyre entre la paupière et le globe oculaire (cul-de-sac conjonctival). Ensuite, cligner plusieurs fois des paupières pour que le collyre puisse se répartir à la surface de l'œil.

Posologie usuelle:

  • Adulte et enfant de plus de 12 ans : 1 à 2 gouttes, matin et soir.

Ce collyre ne contient pas de conservateur : l'unidose doit être jetée après l'instillation.
Le sachet contenant les unidoses ne doit pas être conservé plus de 1 mois après ouverture

Espace formé lorsqu'on tire vers le bas la paupière inférieure, qui se décolle de l'œil et forme une cavité. C'est dans celle-ci que doivent être déposées les gouttes de collyre et les pommades ophtalmiques. Le médicament se répartit naturellement sur la totalité de l'œil. Il sera éliminé, comme les larmes, par le canal lacrymal, qui évacue les larmes vers le nez.

Dilution d'une substance active obéissant aux règles homéopathiques. La solution obtenue après plusieurs dilutions successives ne contient qu'une quantité infime de la substance active initialement présente.
