Description of Dafalgan 1G Paracetamol 8 Tablets

Dafalgan 1G / 1000mg Indications

DAFALGAN 1g is a vignette medicine indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain of mild to moderate intensity and / or febrile states.

What is fever ?
Fever is a rise in body temperature above normal (> 37.5 ° C in the morning,> 38 ° C in the evening) in the absence of intense physical activity, in a normally covered person, in an atmosphere temperate.

What is the mechanism of fever ?
Our brain has a temperature regulation center that functions like a central thermostat. When all is well, this thermostat indicates an average temperature of 37 ° C.
In case of infection, our body needs a higher temperature to trigger its immune defense mechanisms. It then produces molecules called prostaglandins which increase the reference temperature of our thermostat.

What to do in case of fever ?

  • Drink frequently
  • Don't cover up too much
  • Air out your room
  • Take a medicine with antipyretic properties (against fever).

Feverfew, medicinal plant for women Feverfew, medicinal plant for women

In the past, feverfew was known as Chrysanthemum parthenium . If we have since kept its adjective, this chrysanthemum has disappeared in favor of a tanacetum which borders on tansy, while this previous substantive brought it closer to the vast tribe of "chrysanthemums" , a word forged thanks to two Greek roots: chrysos , "Gold" and anthemos , "flower". A little history Cazin , evoked a Matricaria parthenium , whose plate XXIV of the Reasoned Treaty immediately reassures…
