Beaphar Vetopure anti-parasite repellent pipettes offer your dog effective protection against fleas and ticks. Formulated with Eucalyptus essential oil and extracts of Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium (Dalmatian pyrethrum flowers), these pipettes act as a natural shield against unwanted parasites.

Fleas and ticks can cause many health problems for your beloved pet. Not only do they cause itching and discomfort, but they can also transmit dangerous diseases. Beaphar Vetopure repellent pipettes are specially designed to repel these parasites, reducing the risk of infestation and associated diseases.

One of the main concerns when it comes to treating your dog against parasites is safety. With Beaphar Vetopure repellent pipettes, you can rest assured that you're using a solution that's safe for your dog and your home. Beaphar products are developed with the greatest care and comply with the strictest safety standards.

Unlike some harsh chemicals, Beaphar Vetopure pipettes contain natural ingredients that work safely on your dog. Eucalyptus essential oil and Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extracts have been used for years for their insect-repellent properties. Not only are these ingredients effective, they are also environmentally friendly.

Beaphar Vetopure repellent pipettes are easy to use and offer long-lasting protection. Each box contains three pre-filled pipettes, so you can treat your dog for several months. Simply cut off the end of the pipette and apply the contents directly to your dog's skin, between the shoulder blades.

Once applied, the solution spreads rapidly all over your dog's body, forming a protective barrier against fleas and ticks. The repellent properties of the active ingredients help keep your dog safe from unwanted parasites, even when out walking or playing in the grass.

We also offer you the Vétopure anti-parasite repellent collar for cats and kittens from the Beaphar veterinary laboratory, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

How do I use these repellent pipettes?

The quantity to use depends on the dog's weight:

  • small dog (under 15 kgs) 1 pipette of 1 ml
  • medium dog (15 - 30 kgs): 1 x 2 ml pipette
  • large dog (over 30 kgs): 2 x 2 ml pipettes

Open the pipette by breaking off the tip and apply the contents to the dog's neck, behind the ears.

On white dogs, the product may cause temporary coloring of the coat at the deposit site. Pipettes require a few days to reach full effect. As this product contains plant extracts, it is possible that a few ticks may remain attached to the animals. For this reason, transmission of infectious diseases (Piroplasmosis...) cannot be ruled out.

Expert veterinary advice

Beaphar Vetopure repellent pipettes are an interesting solution for owners wishing to limit their dog's exposure to external parasites, thanks to a formula based on active ingredients of plant origin. Their repellent action helps reduce the presence of fleas, ticks and mosquitoes, particularly during high-risk periods from spring to autumn.

To optimize their effectiveness, apply the pipettes regularly and avoid washing your dog in the days following application. For dogs living in rural areas, frequenting woods or tall grasses, it is still advisable to inspect the coat after each walk. No natural antiparasitic repellent guarantees absolute protection against vector-borne diseases such as piroplasmosis or Lyme disease.

In the event of heavy infestation in the home, combining pipettes with an environmental treatment can limit reinfestation. Don't forget to adapt parasite protection to your pet's lifestyle, age and skin sensitivity.

FAQ

Do Vetopure pipettes eliminate fleas and ticks?

Vetopure pipettes have a repellent action. They help keep parasites away before they settle on your dog, but they don't always replace an insecticide or acaricide treatment in the event of massive infestation.

Can these pipettes be used on puppies?

No, this product must not be used on puppies under 6 months of age. Always follow the age and weight recommendations given by the manufacturer.

How long does it take for the pipettes to take effect?

Optimal action generally takes a few days after application. It's best to anticipate periods of exposure to parasites to ensure better protection.

Why do a few ticks get stuck?

The formula acts as a natural repellent based on plant extracts. Even so, some ticks may temporarily cling to the coat. Regular monitoring of your dog after walks is therefore recommended.
