This "detox" herbal tea is a combination of plants which have the properties of supporting the body to get rid of toxins that it has accumulated through bad habits: industrial food containing pesticides and preservatives, UV rays, smoking, stress , pollution. Many plants have purifying, diuretic or detoxifying properties.
To be effective, a detox cure must last at least three days, and at most two weeks at the rate of three to four cups of herbal tea per day corresponding to one cup at the end of each meal. Ideally, it should be done at each change of season.
Each Pukka tea bag is made without plastic and comes in an individual recyclable envelope, to prevent the evaporation of essential oils from our organic plants. For the flavors to be fully expressed, pour boiling water directly onto the bag. Let steep 3 to 5 minutes for varieties containing tea and up to 15 minutes for infusions.
