Pukka Bio Tisane Douce Relaxation contains 20 sachets of 100% organic chamomile from three distinct origins: African, Egyptian and European chamomile. This certified organic blend is designed to promote natural relaxation, without sleeping pills or additives.
Each variety of chamomile has a slightly different aromatic profile and apigenin concentration. Combined, they offer a more complete action than single-origin chamomile. This is Pukka's distinctive positioning on this product, and what justifies its higher price than conventional chamomile tea.
When infused, the essential oils naturally present in the flowers are released within 5 to 7 minutes. The taste is floral, slightly sweet, with no bitterness. This tea is ideal at the end of the day or before bedtime, as part of a relaxation routine.
