The daytime formula combines extracts of pollen, blackcurrant, and Safr’inside® saffron. It is designed to support daily well-being during this period of hormonal transition. Blackcurrant complements this botanical blend, while acacia fiber and coconut flour serve as carriers for the formulation.
The nighttime formula contains extracts of pollen, poppy, and Safr’inside® saffron, as well as vitamin B6. This combination is suitable for taking at bedtime. Poppy is traditionally used in preparations intended to promote relaxation and quality sleep.
Each daily dose, consisting of one daytime capsule and one nighttime capsule, provides 300 mg of pollen extract and 30 mg of Safr’inside® saffron extract. It also provides 40 mg of blackcurrant extract, 28 mg of poppy extract, and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6.
Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity, supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, and contributes to normal psychological functions. It also helps reduce fatigue. Its inclusion in the nighttime formula complements the action of the plant extracts selected by 3C Pharma.
