NHC Nootonic uses 3 complexes:

What is the composition?
L-Tyrosine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, Buffered Magnesium Bisglycinate, Choline Bitartrate, L-Glutamine, Huperzia Serrata Extract, Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract, Neurogen ™ (Ginseng Root Extract) American Panax quinquefolius), disodium salt of UMP (Uridine-5'-monophosphate), taurine, extract of Bacopa leaves (Bacopa monnieri), soy lecithin standardized to 20% phosphatidylserine, anhydrous caffeine, bitartrate of DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) , anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, melon fruit juice concentrate (Cucumis melo) standardized in SOD (Superoxide Dismutase).
