It can also be used in the presence of anal fissures. This cream calmsirritation, protecting the mucosa and promoting normalization through 3 mechanisms of action:

• Muco-adhesive: adheres to the mucosa, forming a film with a barrier effect that protects it from contact with irritating agents;
• Lubricant: reduces friction with stool, protecting against irritation and perianal congestion;
• Antioxidant: protects the mucosa from free radicals.

Directions for use Aboca NeoFitoroid Pommade Bio Endorectale 40 ml

• For use on external hemorrhoids: spread over the anal and perianal area and massage in.
• For application to internal hemorrhoids: screw the special endorectal cannula onto the tube and apply as needed. Use the product after evacuation and thorough washing of the affected area.
• For procedures designed to prevent irritation due to friction, treatment can be carried out before evacuation, remembering to apply the product even afterwards. Treatment can be repeated up to 4 times a day. Unscrew and rinse the cannula with warm water and soap, and reseal the ointment tube after each use. No unpleasant sensation after application.

In case of severe hemorrhoids, we recommend the concomitant use of Sédorroïde suppossitoire for pruritic internal hemorrhoids.

Freeze-dried extracts of Helichrysum flowering tops Lipophilic fraction (Helydol)* and Fragon root*, Dehydrated Aloe Vera leaf gel*, Helichrysum flowering tops aqueous solution*, St John's wort flowering tops oily extract*, Jojoba oil*, Shea butter*, Essential oils of : Melaleuca, Cypress and Peppermint.

• Helydol is a patented lyphilized extract of the purified lipophilic fraction ofHelichrysum hypercreso NHF1. This synergy is composed of freeze-dried rusco root extract. This plant is known for its beneficial properties on microcirculation.
• Aloe vera is known for its emollient and lenitive properties. The freshly harvested leaf gel is dehydrated. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to concentrate up to 200 times the functional substances present in fresh leaf gel.
• St. John's wort oil is obtained by maceration of St. John's wort flowering tops in sunflower oil, rich in plant components with lenitive and restorative action.
• Jojoba oil and shea butter have lubricating and protective properties. Finally, essential oils of Melaleuca, cypress and mint have an astringent and refreshing action that soothes irritated areas caused by hemorrhoids.
