Directions for use and dosage
Remove tab, invert tube and pull cap slightly. Turn the tube to drop the desired number of granules into the cap, then place the granules under the tongue. The globules in the dose tubes are absorbed in one go, dissolving slowly under the tongue.
If no dose is available, take 10 Cocculus indicus globules 5CH, 7CH, 9CH, 12CH, 15CH, 30CH of the same dilution. Do not take astringent substances within half an hour of taking homeopathic medicines such as coffee, tobacco, camphor, mint and camomile.
Use a mint-free toothpaste (such as Homéodent Boiron, which is compatible with homeopathic granules).
Dosage for neurological pathologies
To treat particularly violent dizziness, take 5 Cocculus Indicus 9 CH granules 2 to 4 times a day.
For tetany, take three granules of Cocculus Indicus 5 CH every 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the severity and intensity of the spasms. If the patient's condition improves, take more frequently.
Dosage for behavioural disorders
Behavioural disorders resulting from acute nervous exhaustion are treated by taking 7 granules of Cocculus Indicus 200 K at bedtime. However, those resulting from motion sickness are treated with three Cocculus Indicus 9 CH granules, placed under the tongue before departure and/or when feeling unwell.
Advice for use in gynaecological and obstetrical disorders
If bloating occurs during menstruation, suck 3 granules of Cocculus Indicus 5 CH before each meal.
When menstruation is heavy and accompanied by spasmodic pain, melt 3 granules of Cocculus Indicus 9 CH in the mouth every 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity of the pain, and space out the doses if they improve.
If pregnant women suffer from nausea, vomiting and painful bloating, they should take 2 granules of Cocculus Indicus 9CH twice a day, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
