SOMDOR + Melatonin has been specially formulated for all those concerned by sleep problems linked to shifted rhythms such as travelers, night workers ...

This food supplement is intended to make it easier for you to fall asleep (thanks to melatonin and valerian) and to reduce the effects of jet lag (thanks to melatonin). It allows you to find a natural and restful sleep by acting on your sleep-wake rhythm.

Description of Granion Somdor + Melatonin

Its formula is a unique combination of several active ingredients:

  • Melatonin also called the sleep hormone has an effective action on the regulation of sleep-wake rhythms and on the attenuation of the effects of jet lag at a dose of 1 mg per day. It helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
  • 4 specifically selected plants, whose benefits on falling asleep and restful sleep are traditionally recognized:
  • Hawthorn promotes a relaxing action,
  • Hops and Valerian help limit nervous states and regain calm and restorative sleep ,
  • Passionflower , also called passion flower, completes the formula.

Recommended combination with Somdor + Melatonin

For people suffering from chronic sleep disorders, with difficulty falling asleep and nocturnal awakenings or light sleep, we recommend a one-month cure of Somdor + Melatonin combined with the phytostandard Eschscholzia-valerian PhytoPrevent .

Indeed, Eschscholtzia is a medicinal plant with sedative, hypnotic and anxiolytic properties , which promotes quality sleep.

Valerian is a medicinal plant which provides relaxation and promotes sleep .
