Our advice and advice from natural health experts

Sunlight is good for our morale, but its rays can be the sworn enemy of our skin. Repeated exposure to UV rays is responsible for the appearance of… 90% of the signs of aging. Fortunately, it is possible to protect yourself from it by adopting simple daily reflexes.

  • Be aware that the stronger the intensity of the sun's rays, the higher the sunscreen index should be used.
  • 20 minutes before exposing yourself to the sun, apply the sunscreen in a generous and homogeneous quantity to cover the entire exposed surface.
  • Then, the application is renewed every 2 hours and systematically after each swim or physical exertion.
  • Avoid sun exposure between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. It is during this time of day that the sun is strongest and our skin is most at risk of suffering .
