When should you use Biocyte Terracotta Intense Tanning?

Biocyte Solaire Terracotta Bronzage Intense is a dietary supplement designed to prepare the skin before sun exposure. Its formula also supports the skin during and after sun exposure to promote an even tan, maintain hydration, and help reduce wrinkles.

The Mélaskin® complex provides a dual source of melanin derived from black olives and a naturally pigmented keratin hydrolysate. Melanin is a natural pigment that absorbs and dissipates energy from UV rays. It thus plays a role in the skin’s natural defense mechanism and helps ensure an even complexion.

The formula also contains L-tyrosine, which the body uses to produce melanin, as well as lutein. These active ingredients complement the action of the Mélaskin® complex to support the skin’s normal pigmentation.

The CéramHydra® complex combines rice-derived ceramides with microencapsulated borage oil. This combination helps intensely moisturize the skin and reduce wrinkles, helping the skin maintain a healthy, radiant appearance during sun exposure.

Vitamin E and copper help protect cells against oxidative stress caused by UV rays. This supplement thus combines three complementary actions: preparation for tanning, hydration, and wrinkle reduction.

This treatment should be used in conjunction with sunscreen suitable for your skin type, which remains essential during every exposure to the sun.

How should you use this tanning booster?

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal, along with a large glass of water. It is recommended to take the product for one month before, during, and after sun exposure.

Our experts’ tips for preparing your skin for the sun

Skin aging manifests as the appearance of spots that weren’t there before. These signs are particularly visible on exposed areas such as the face, hands, and décolletage.
Other signs of photoaging include wrinkles—which can be more or less pronounced and result from the skin losing its tone, elasticity, and firmness—as well as dry skin. Remember that excessiveUV exposure accelerates all of these signs.

In addition to preparing your skin for the sun, using a sunscreen with anti-aging properties will help you combat premature skin aging caused by sun exposure.
