How do you use this seawater spray?

Sterimar Nasal Hygiene is used as a 10- to 15-day treatment.

2 to 4 sprays per day in each nostril.

1. Spray once to prime the system.
2. Insert the nozzle into the nostril.
3. Administer one spray by pressing the nozzle for a few seconds, let the excess solution drain out, then blow your nose.
4. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 
5. Clean the tip with soapy water, rinse, and dry.
