When should you take this supplement for curly hair?
Forté Pharma Expert Curly Hair Routine is a dietary supplement in capsule form designed for curly to coily hair, types 4A through 4C according to the most widely used hair classification system. It joins our line of dietary supplements for hair. Each serving of 2 capsules combines 500 µg of biotin, 10 mg of zinc, and 1.41 mg of vitamin B6 with 246 mg of hydrolyzed keratin, 100 mg of marine collagen peptides, evening primrose oil, and calendula, along with vitamins C, E, B3, and B5.
Zinc and biotin help maintain normal hair. Biotin is dosed at 1,000% of the reference nutritional values, and zinc at 100%.
Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis; vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine, a sulfur-containing amino acid abundant in hair keratin.
Vitamins C and E help protect cells against oxidative stress. The “Frizzy” formula differs from the “Curly” and “Straight” versions in that it contains marine collagen, calendula, zinc, and vitamin B6, as well as twice the amount of keratin.
An oral treatment does not replace hair care. For this, we recommend Rene Furterer Karinga Intensive Hydrating Shampoo, designed for frizzy, curly, or chemically straightened hair: it complements the capsules during shampooing.

Precautions
- For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 without medical advice.
- Contains marine collagen derived from fish: do not consume if you have a fish allergy.
- Contains calendula: not recommended if you are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family (chamomile, arnica, dandelion).
- Contains keratin and fish collagen, of animal origin: this supplement is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
- Two capsules provide 10 mg of zinc, which is two-thirds of the maximum daily dose set in France for dietary supplements (15 mg): do not combine it with any other supplement containing zinc (multivitamins, hair and nail formulas, immunity supplements) without consulting a healthcare professional.
- If you are taking antibiotics from the cycline or fluoroquinolone families, bisphosphonates, or levothyroxine: space out doses by at least 2 hours, as zinc may reduce the absorption of these medications.
- Biotin may interfere with certain blood tests, particularly thyroid tests (TSH, T3, T4) and troponin levels. Inform your doctor and the laboratory that you are taking this supplement before any blood tests.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Store at a temperature below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture, in its tightly sealed container. Keep out of reach of young children.

Our Expert Advice on Expert Routine for Curly Hair
What catches our attention most about this formula is the zinc: it’s often added without a second thought whenever an immune-boosting formula or multivitamin makes its way into the cabinet. Fish and Asteraceae then shut the door right away, with no room for debate.
Also, keep your expectations realistic. Curly hair is fragile and sensitive to combing, heat, and straightening treatments: these capsules are meant to complement a gentle hair care routine; they won’t make up for repeated blow-drying or frequent straightening treatments.
FAQ
How long does it take to see results with Forté Pharma Expert Curly Hair Routine?
It takes several weeks. Hair grows about 1 to 1.5 cm per month: what you’ll notice over the course of the treatment is the length that grows while you’re taking it.
How long should I take Forté Pharma Expert Curly Hair Routine?
Hair supplements are taken in 3-month cycles, separated by a one-month break.
Which vitamins are beneficial for textured hair with Forté Pharma Expert Curly Hair Routine?
Only biotin, zinc, and selenium are recognized for their role in maintaining healthy hair, regardless of texture. The Curly Hair formula combines biotin and zinc, without selenium, unlike the Wavy Hair version.
