Forté Pharma Expert Curly Hair Routine is a dietary supplement in capsule form designed for wavy to curly hair, types 2A through 3C according to the most widely used hair classification system. It complements our selection of dietary supplements for hair. Each serving of 2 capsules combines 500 µg of biotin and 55 µg of selenium with hydrolyzed keratin, evening primrose oil, bamboo extract, nopal, and royal jelly, along with vitamins C, E, B3, and B5.
Biotin and selenium help maintain normal hair. Biotin is formulated at 1,000% of the reference nutritional values, and selenium at 100%.
Vitamins C and E and selenium help protect cells against oxidative stress. Selenium also helps maintain normal nails.
What sets the Curly formula apart from the Wavy and Straight versions is the inclusion of bamboo, nopal, and royal jelly. Keratin—the protein that makes up the hair shaft—and evening primrose oil form the common base of the line, which is tailored to different hair types.
