When should you use Insudiet Chicken Curry Soup to boost the protein content of your meals?

Insudiet Chicken Curry Soup is an instant meal mix designed for people who want to incorporate a high-protein source into their diet. A 36-gram serving, prepared with water, provides 20 grams of protein, which helps maintain muscle mass.

Its formula combines milk, wheat, and pea proteins. These high-quality proteins have a high biological value, with a chemical index of 101. The product also provides 12 vitamins and 10 minerals, including calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and iodine.

One serving contains 0.7 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. ALA helps maintain normal cholesterol levels when daily intake reaches 2 g from all dietary sources combined.

Quick and easy to prepare, this creamy chicken curry soup offers a texture that can be adjusted depending on the amount of water added. Its 360-gram jar makes about ten servings. This Bleu-Blanc-Cœur recipe can be incorporated into the “Dynamique” phase of the Insudiet method, with four servings per day, while following the entire program.

To vary your flavors throughout the day, you can also try Insudiet Chocolate-Flavored Drink, a chocolate-flavored protein drink.

How do you use this protein mix to make a cream soup?

Directions

One serving equals 36 g of powder.

  1. Pour approximately 36 g of loosely measured powder into a small bowl or shaker.
  2. Heat 200 ml of still water in a saucepan or in the microwave, without bringing it to a boil.
  3. Gradually add the hot water to the powder, then mix with a whisk or in the shaker.
  4. You can adjust the amount of water depending on the desired consistency.
  5. Let it sit for 4 minutes, then consume the smoothie immediately.

For a creamier consistency, you can add one Insu K® stick. You can also replace the stick and the 200 ml of water with a mixture of 60 ml of skim milk and 120 ml of plain water.

Due to its sodium content of 1.6 g per serving and its high levels of certain minerals, particularly iron, zinc, and iodine, consult a healthcare professional if you are on a low-sodium diet, have a chronic illness, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking dietary supplements at the same time.
