What is Modilac Expert Rice AR 2nd Age used for?

Modilac Expert Rice AR 2 is a food product recommended for medical purposes which meets the needs of infants . This milk is made from hydrolyzed rice proteins. It is therefore recommended in case of allergy to cow's milk proteins , accompanied by regurgitation.

Special infant milks are used in cases of APLV , allergy to cow's milk proteins. This milk with hydrolyzed rice proteins is an alternative to preparations made with cow's milk protein hydrolysates.
 
This milk is protein-free from cow's milk and also lactose-free.

This 2nd age milk benefits from a double thickening. Thus, it contains both carob and corn starch . It is therefore highly recommended in the event of significant regurgitation.

How to properly use this Growth Milk?

Reconstituted milk is a fragile medium that can quickly deteriorate. For the baby's health, it is important to carefully follow the following preparation instructions.

• Before opening the box, keep it away from heat
• Before preparing the bottle, wash your hands carefully.
• Prepare the bottle just before the meal. Once prepared, it is recommended to consume it within an hour
• Discard the rest of an unfinished bottle, do not reuse it
• After opening, the box can be stored for a maximum of 4 weeks, tightly closed, in a dry and cool place.

Bottle preparation

1. Carefully clean the bottle, cap and teat. Pour the necessary amount of water into the bottle. Use bottled water with low mineral content. For better reconstitution, the water must be lukewarm (around 40°C) before adding the powder.
2. Fill the scoop in the box with powder then level it on the edge of the box provided for this purpose
3. Add the corresponding number of level scoops of powder to the water, respecting the proportion: 1 scoop in 30 ml of water
4. Stopper the bottle and roll it between your hands, then shake it vigorously to facilitate dissolution. Before giving the bottle, check the temperature by pouring a few drops on your wrist.
