Start bythoroughly cleaning and sterilizing the bottle, nipple, cap, and the spoon used to level off the powder. Then pour the required amount of water into the bottle, preferably using low-mineral-content water. For optimal preparation, the water can be gently warmed to 40°C before adding the powder.
