What is Novalac 3 Powdered Milk used for?

Novalac 3 can be consumed warm (< 37 °C) or cold, at any time of day, on its own or to prepare cereals and milk-based desserts. 

How to use this powdered milk?

Bottle: at a 13% concentration, or one level, not heaped, scoop of 4.3 g per 30 ml of water. Pour the required amount of water (mineral water or boiled water) into the bottle and warm it to 40°C (maximum temperature not to be exceeded). Add the corresponding amount of milk.

Preparation tips:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing bottles.
• Use a bottle that has been thoroughly cleaned and drained.
• Use mineral or spring water suitable for infants, or pure water that has been boiled for 5 minutes and then cooled to 37°C.
• Heat the mineral water to a maximum of 40°C and pour the required amount into the bottle.
• Add the corresponding number of level, not heaped, scoops, using 1 scoop per 30 ml of water (use only the scoop included in the box).
• Close the bottle with the flat cap and roll it vigorously between the palms of your hands to prevent lumps from forming.
• Then gently shake it back and forth until the powder is completely dissolved.
• Check the temperature (<37°C) by pouring a few drops onto the inside of your forearm.

What are the precautions for use?

• Best used before the date indicated on the bottom of the box (EXP).
• Once opened, use within 3 weeks.
• Close the box tightly after each use with the plastic lid.
• Store the box tightly closed in a clean, dry, and cool place.
•  Feel free to discard any remaining milk from an unfinished bottle.
• Any bottle of milk must be consumed by the baby within one hour of preparation.
