    What is Flect'Expert Patch Arnica used for Immediate cold effect x5?

    This Flect'Expert patch is composed of extracts of Arnica and Horse Chestnut offering a soothing effect by relieving sensitive areas, and Menthol with refreshing and decongestant properties .

    Thanks to its hydrogel technology, the patch provides a cooling effect that relieves the affected area. Its soft and comfortable structure protects the sensitive area and its high water content helps to keep it hydrated by ensuring easy and painless removal.

    These patches are comfortable and cuttable. it adapts easily to different areas of the body.

    The application of cold, or cryotherapy, is mainly done in the following cases:

    • inflammation.
    • edema, hematoma, “bruising”. The cold will help reduce their formation.
    • muscle spasms and contraction as a result of shock or involuntary muscle contraction.
    • sports pain.

    How to properly use these cold effect patches?

    1. Clean and dry the affected area.
    2. Remove the protective film from the patch.
    3. Apply the patch to the affected area, possibly cutting it to give it the correct shape and size.
    4. On areas of the body where application may be more difficult (knees, elbows, ankles, wrists, etc.), the patch can optionally be held on the surface to be treated by means of the support net included in the box.
    5. Leave the patch in place on the area to be treated, until the beneficial sensation disappears. To remove the patch, lift one edge and gently pull.
