Our advice and opinions from natural health experts

Redness in the face are unpleasant skin reactions that we often want to cover up. Stress, pollution, fatigue ... The causes of redness are many and varied. And for good reason, the skin is sensitive to what is going on inside and outside your body. More particularly during winter when cold and wind tend to weaken the epidermis more. Result? Redness appears.

What skincare routine to reduce redness ?

An effective anti-redness facial treatment must above all allow to slow down the dilation of the vessels , but also to form a barrier against aggressions, which will inhibit inflammation. On a daily basis, we limit the skin's contact with water and we prefer micellar water, an oil or very soft milk for make-up removal. On the other hand, wipes which are too abrasive on this type of sensitive skin are avoided. You hydrate and protect your epidermis with a cream that contains anti-inflammatory, soothing active ingredients and ingredients that help reduce redness.
