How to use ELUSANES Passiflore 30 or 60 capsules correctly?

Oral use. Reserved for adults and adolescents over 12 years old.
In adolescents, a sleep disorder requires medical consultation.

Scientific name:   Passiflora incarnata   L.
Part used: the aerial part
Plant / extract ratio: 6 to 10 kg of plants are necessary to obtain 1 kg of passionflower dry extract
Dosage: 200 mg of Passionflower dry extract per capsule.
