Indications and Dosage
Homeopathic remedies in Korsakovian dilutions in granule tubes can be used for a variety of symptoms; therefore, it is not possible to specify the indications and dosage for a specific preparation.
The homeopathic physician selects the appropriate remedy, dilution, and dosage based on the patient’s health condition and characteristic symptoms.
Homeopathic remedies can be used to treat a variety of conditions. They are primarily derived from toxic plants such asArnica montana, which grows in high-altitude regions. This plant is not suitable for use in its raw form but must be processed. Possessing various properties, the active ingredient in this plant helps treat or prevent certain conditions. It is used in the fields of traumatology, cardiology, ophthalmology, and dermatology.

Recommendations for Use and Instructions for Arnica Montana
Remove the tab, turn the tube upside down, and gently pull the cap.
Twist the tube to dispense the desired number of granules into the cap, then place the granules under the tongue.
It is recommended not to touch the granules or homeopathic globules in Korsakovian dilution with your fingers.
The globules from the dose tubes are taken all at once by letting them dissolve slowly under the tongue. If a dose is missed, take 10 granules of the same dilution.
Do not consume astringent substances—such as coffee, tobacco, camphor, mint, or chamomile—within half an hour before taking homeopathic medications.
Use a mint-free toothpaste (such as Homéodent BOIRON).
Packaging and Contents
4g tube of granules (approximately 80 granules).
Homeopathic stock in Korsakovian dilution
200 K, 1,000 K (or MK or 1MK)
, 10,000 K (or XMK or 10 MK)
The principle behind making a Korsakovian dilution is simple.
You start with a mother tincture, then completely empty the mother tincture bottle, assuming that the small amount of substance remaining “clinging” to the bottle’s walls is sufficient to convey the product’s “energetic” information.
So you fill your bottle with solvent, shake it vigorously… and you get the 1 K
To make the 2K dilution, simply empty the bottle a second time, refill it with solvent, shake it 100 times, and you’ll obtain the 3K dilution.
Correlations Between “K” and “CH” Dilutions
Although the preparation methods are quite different—and thus the very type of dilution is different—it is possible, to a certain extent, to draw a connection between Korsakovian dilutions and Hahnemannian dilutions.
It is generally accepted that what remains “adhered” to the walls of the shaking bottle represents about 1/100th of the product, which means that we obtain, “a priori,” a relationship of the following type:
1 K dilution ≈ 1 CH
2 K dilution = approximately 2 CH
---
200 K dilution = approximately 200 CH
The most commonly used “K” dilutions are 30 K, followed by 200 K, M K, XM K, LM K, and CM K
Precautions for Use
Warning
Contains sucrose.
Store Korsakovian-dilution homeopathic medicines away from light, heat, moisture, and any sources of fumes or fragrances.
Administering Arnica montana homeopathic granules to infants and children
For granules or alcohol-based drops, dissolve them in 100 ml of water. Since the granules take a long time to dissolve, you should prepare the mixture in advance.
Homeopathy and Pregnancy
Homeopathic remedies have no chemical toxicity, no contraindications, no interactions with other medications, and no adverse effects related to the amount ingested. Pregnant women can use them without any known risk to themselves or their unborn child, but it is best to seek advice.
What to Do If There Is No Improvement Within 24 Hours
Certain conditions cannot be treated with homeopathy through self-medication alone. Their severity requires medical advice, which can be provided by a homeopathic physician. This physician will determine whether your condition can be treated with homeopathy alone or if your treatment needs to be supplemented with allopathic medicine.
