• Extract from Gymnema sylvestre: traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to reduce blood sugar, it is the only known natural substance that exerts a regenerative action on the cells of the pancreas
• Fenugreek: improves glucose tolerance with an amino acid that stimulates insulin production from the pancreas. Decreases the assimilation of carbohydrates and lipids and regulates postprandial glucose. It also promotes HDL ("good cholesterol") levels.
• Chromium: Helps maintain normal blood sugar

Advice for use and dosage

1 tablet daily, or on the recommendation of a therapist, during a meal, with water.
