    What is Bactigyn Oral food supplement used for?

    A synergy of probiotics

    It is a synergistic dietary supplement that contains freeze-dried cultures of:

    • L. rhamnosus Rosell®‐11
    • L. helveticus Lafti® L10
    • L. brevis HA‐112
    • L. helveticus Rosell®‐52

    Titrant 2.109 lactobacilli per capsule.

    In osmosis with your cure of food supplements

    For an optimal balance of your intimate flora, it is advisable to:

    • Drink to your thirst and regularly.
    • Practice regular physical activity.
    • Avoid the use of washcloths or sponges which are reservoirs of germs.
    • Promote the wearing of cotton underwear and avoid clothing that is too tight.
    • Urinate without holding back and systematically after each sexual intercourse.

    How to use this dietary supplement based on lactobacilli?

    • 1 capsule per day for one month, to be swallowed with a glass of water, ideally during meals.
    • Take 2 capsules a day for 15 days for rapid assimilation.

      Renew several times a year if necessary.
