What is CCD Gyndelta Cranberry used for?
CCD Gyndelta Cranberry is a dietary supplement formulated from cranberry (large-fruited cranberry), a small red berry native to North America, recognized for its contribution to female urinary comfort. Its specificity is based on a concentrated powder obtained by a unique extraction process, enabling the preservation of the berry's Totum, i.e. all its natural components: skin, pulp and juice.
Urinary discomfort often manifests itself as frequent and urgent urges to urinate or burning sensations. They are most often linked to the proliferation of bacteria such as Escherichia coli. Certain situations favour their appearance: hormonal variations (pregnancy, menopause), insufficient hydration, summer heat or imbalance of local flora after repeated courses of antibiotics.
Each Gyndelta capsule provides 400 mg of concentrated cranberry extract powder, including 36 mg of proanthocyanidins (PACs) measured by the BL-DMAC method. PACs, a member of the polyphenol family, help limit bacterial adhesion to the urinary tract, thereby reducing the risk of urinary discomfort. The tannins naturally present in cranberries also have a favorable effect on the inflammatory phenomena associated with urinary discomfort.
The capsules are of plant-based, GMO-free origin, and are part of an approach that respects the body's natural balance, in order to manage urinary problems such as cystitis, in conjunction with adequate hydration and a healthy lifestyle.

Our advice and expert opinions
It's important to drink plenty of water when taking dehydrated cranberry juice capsules or tablets, because of the potential risk of kidney stones.
In the event of urinary tract infection, ban all forms of refined sugars, which will feed the bacteria responsible for the infection, and take oregano capsules, an excellent natural anti-bacterial agent, in addition to a homeopathic complex. If your infections are recurrent, think about your vaginal bacterial flora: you may need a course of probiotics.
