What is Gyndelta Flash+ Confort Urinaire 6 sachets used for?

CCD Gyndelta Optima Confort Urinaire 14 sticks is a dietary supplement formulated to support women's urinary comfort. This 7-day program combines three natural active ingredients with proven efficacy: D-Mannose, Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) and Orthosiphon (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth), in a dilutable stick formula with sugar and sweetener.

Cranberry(Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) is a small red fruit native to North America, belonging to the Ericaceae family. Considered a "superfruit", it is traditionally used to support the urinary tract. In this formula, the cranberry is integrated in the form of atotal extract, obtained using a patented extraction process, guaranteeing preservation of all the fruit's active compounds (juice, skin and pulp). It is titrated in proanthocyanidins (PACs), polyphenols recognized for their ability to limit the adhesion of certain bacteria to bladder walls.

D-Mannose is a simple sugar naturally present in certain fruits, including cranberries. Unlike glucose, it is only very slightly metabolized by the body and is rapidly eliminated via the urinary tract. It is renowned for its mechanical role as a "bacteria trap", particularly for Escherichia coli, the main bacterium involved in urinary tract infections. By binding to bacterial receptors, D-Mannose prevents them from adhering to the urinary epithelium, thus promoting their natural elimination through the urine.

Orthosiphon, also known as Java Tea or "cat's whiskers" because of the characteristic appearance of its flowers, is a medicinal plant native to Southeast Asia. It is traditionally used to promote renal elimination of water and support the body's elimination functions. It thus contributes to optimal drainage and helps maintain a healthy urinary system.

The synergy of these three natural active ingredients gives Gyndelta Optima a targeted action on temporary urinary discomfort, particularly when experienced at the first signs of imbalance. Its drinkable stick format makes it easy to use on a daily basis, providing a rapid and effective 7-day support cure, particularly during periods of heightened vulnerability (hormonal changes, stress, fatigue, travel...).

This formula is not offered in capsule form, as indicated in the previous version of the text, but as a powder to be diluted, packaged in practical, portable sticks.

CCD Gyndelta Optima Confort Urinaire 14 sticks represents a natural, complete solution for preserving the balance of the urinary sphere. Thanks to the combined action of cranberry, D-Mannose and orthosiphon, it acts both as a preventive and a punctual support. It is part of a global approach to intimate health, combining effectiveness, practicality and naturalness.

Expert advice

When urinary problems arise, they don't just happen. In naturopathy, these problems are often the reflection of an unbalanced terrain: weakened intimate flora, insufficient hydration, excess acidity or low immunity. The natural approach is not simply to relieve symptoms quickly, but to reinforce the body's defenses over the long term to limit recurrences.

To begin with, hydration remains one of the essential pillars. It's not simply a question of drinking more, but of choosing the right water. Naturopaths recommend waters with low mineral content, such as those with a dry residue of less than 100 mg/L. Drinking throughout the day, without waiting until you're thirsty, naturally supports urinary tract drainage and prevents germ stagnation. Some people even recommend adding a little fresh lemon juice to the first water in the morning to promote acid-base elimination as soon as you wake up.

Intimate flora also deserves special attention. After an episode of cystitis or in the event of an imbalance, it can become depleted. It may then be worth considering a course of specific probiotics, particularly those containing strains such as Lactobacillus crispatus or L. rhamnosus GR-1, renowned for their affinity with the urogenital sphere. Reseeding this flora creates a natural barrier against undesirable bacteria.
