Directions for use and dosage

To take full advantage of its benefits, we recommend a three-week program, ideally in early spring and early autumn, key periods for a revitalizing cure. According to our customers' testimonials, organic birch sap has a very mild, neutral taste, making it a pleasant drink to consume.

Shake the bottle before use: a slight opalescence or deposit is normal and does not affect the quality of the product.

Take the equivalent of 70ml in a measuring glass of Sève de Bouleau Bio every morning on an empty stomach, for one week. Repeat with each change of season. You can also dilute Sève de Bouleau Bio in a glass of water.

For athletes: drink the equivalent of 50 mL undiluted before exercise and dilute 50 mL in water to drink during exercise.

After opening, pure Organic Birch sap can be kept for one week in the refrigerator (+4°C).
