When should Biovetol Habitat Spray be used to protect your home from parasites?

When fleas, ticks or mosquitoes settle in your pet's environment, they're not limited to its coat. Cushions, carpets, sofas and baskets quickly become havens for these undesirables. Organic Habitat Spray helps create a healthier environment thanks to plant-based active ingredients that act as a natural barrier against household parasites. Its spray format makes it easy to apply to everyday surfaces, without weighing down your maintenance routine.

This home spray acts like an invisible shield in your home. After spraying, treated surfaces become less hospitable to fleas, ticks and mosquitoes, as well as certain mites and spiders. Thanks to its formula enriched with essential oils and plant extracts, it helps protect your pet's environment while limiting the proliferation of parasites in the home.

Its protection lasts up to 25 days after application, allowing you to maintain a more serene atmosphere between cleanings. This prolonged action is particularly beneficial during the summer months, or when your dog or cat spends a lot of time outdoors. This reduces the risk of parasites returning to colonize the textiles and nooks and crannies of your home.

Biovetol Spray Habitat Bio combines efficacy with a more natural approach, thanks to ingredients of predominantly plant or mineral origin. This composition promotes healthy living without resorting to harsh treatments for the domestic environment. Its Ecocert-controlled organic home fragrance also provides a pleasant sensation of freshness after use.

Regular use of the spray also helps limit parasite infestation in strategic areas where your pet likes to rest. Like a gardener who tends his land to avoid weeds, treating the environment helps interrupt the development cycle of parasites before they take up permanent residence in your home.

For complete protection, it's a good idea to combine this home care product with Seresto cat Elanco flea collar, to act simultaneously on the animal and its environment, and reinforce the anti-parasite synergy on a daily basis.

How to use this anti-parasite habitat spray?

Instructions for use

To guarantee the spray's effectiveness, you can reapply it every month to maintain optimum environmental protection.

Before use, shake the bottle carefully to homogenize the active plant ingredients. Spray about 20 cm from the surfaces to be treated: cushions, baskets, carpets, sofas, textiles or tiles. This product is intended exclusively for use in the animal's environment.

Count on one spray per 2 m² for prevention, and one spray per 1 m² in case of heavier infestation. It is not necessary to wet surfaces abundantly to obtain effective results.

Spray action is immediate. Remember also to treat your pet's resting places regularly, as most parasites develop in the immediate environment.

Our expert advice on Organic Habitat Spray to protect your home from parasites

When a pet has fleas, treating the coat alone is usually not enough. Eggs and larvae can persist for several weeks in textiles and sleeping areas. Remember to vacuum carpets, baskets and skirting boards thoroughly before applying the spray, to improve the effectiveness of the treatment. Also wash blankets and cushions at high temperatures whenever possible. This simple routine helps limit recurrences and maintain a more comfortable environment for the whole family.
