ISDIN Eryfotona Ak-K Fluid SPF100+ 50 ml prevents and enhances the treatment of actinic skin lesions. Prevention of actinic keratosis (AK) and other forms of non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC). Reduces and improves the subclinical precancerous area associated with actinic keratosis and non-melanoma skin cancer.
Why use Eryfotona® AK Fluid? Eryfotona® AK Fluid prevents lesions caused by sun exposure and facilitates the treatment of skin lesions. It forms a protective film on the skin containing DNA Repairsomes® (photolyase encapsulated in liposomes) and a sun protection factor of UVB 109 and UVA 39, which reduces the development of new lesions. Regular use also supports the skin’s natural DNA repair mechanism.
What is actinic damage? Sun exposure causes damage to cellular DNA, which accumulates over the years: this is known as actinic damage. Its most acute form, characterized by raised patches, itching, and scaling, is called actinic keratosis. Parts of the body exposed to prolonged sun exposure (such as the face, forehead, ears, neckline, scalp, and backs of the hands) are particularly vulnerable to such lesions. If left untreated, they can lead to non-melanoma skin cancer.

It plays a crucial role in preventing actinic keratosis (AK) as well as other forms of non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC). This product reduces and improves the subclinical precancerous changes associated with actinic keratosis and non-melanoma skin cancer.
Eryfotona'AK Fluid forms a protective film on the skin containing DNA Repairsomes®. These are photolyasins encapsulated in liposomes, which help repair cellular DNA damage caused by exposure to sunlight. In addition, this product offers a high sun protection factor, with an SPF of 100+, providing effective protection against UVB (109) and UVA (39) rays. This combination reduces the appearance of new skin lesions and supports the body’s natural DNA repair mechanism.
Actinic damage results from damage to cellular DNA caused by sun exposure. This damage accumulates over the years and manifests in various forms, including actinic keratosis. Actinic keratosis is characterized by raised patches, itching, and scaling. Areas of the body that are exposed to the sun for prolonged periods—such as the face, forehead, ears, décolletage, scalp, and the backs of the hands—are particularly vulnerable to such lesions. Without proper treatment, these lesions can progress to non-melanoma skin cancer.

Apply twice a day, in the morning and at noon, to the affected areas of the body. In case of direct exposure to sunlight, reapply every 2 hours. SPF 109, in vitro UVA protection 39. Apply only to clean, intact skin. Daily and regular use is necessary for prevention and for better protection.
In patients whose AK or NMSC is being treated with medication or surgery, Eryfotona® AK may only be used once the lesions have healed.
