Blow your nose. Shake well before use. Hold the Olioseptil nasal spray bottle upright, tilt your head slightly forward, and gently place the nozzle into your nostril. Spray 1 to 2 times into each nostril while breathing gently through your nose. Wipe if necessary, but do not blow your nose.
After use, clean the nozzle with water. Use up to 6 times a day as soon as the first symptoms appear. If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, consult a healthcare professional.
