A spice long considered a real treasure, cinnamon (lauraceae family), native to Ceylon and India, is now also cultivated in the West Indies and Madagascar. Every two years, in the rainy season, the shrubs are pruned, the inner bark of which is harvested to obtain a famous essential oil. Very useful to fight against fatigue , to better digest and to avoid colds .
Properties of organic essential oil of ceylon cinnamon
Cinnamon essential oil has antibacterial properties with a very broad spectrum of action (it eliminates 98% of gram + and gram- germs). It is antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitic and anti-fermentation. It is also a respiratory stimulant.

Traditional indications of organic essential oil of ceylon cinnamon
We call it "Athila" because it is a very powerful essential oil which destroys and inhibits the growth of many germs and bacteria.
Cinnamon essential oil is used in the following therapeutic indications:
- Urinary, genital, intestinal infections, ENT, etc ...
- Male functional impotence and asthenia.
Dosage / synergy with organic essential oil of ceylon cinnamon
In case of intestinal infection ; dilute 20% ceylon cinnamon essential oil in black seed oil. Apply this mixture by massaging the abdomen (action on the intestine, antispasmodic)
Directions for use / precautions for use
- May cause cardiac arrhythmias
- Do not use pure (dermocaustic), always dilute
- Use low dose and short term (risk of gastritis)
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Do not diffuse, do not inhale, do not put in the bath
- If taken orally, combine with probiotics because toxic to the liver
- Not recommended for oral use without the advice of a health professional
