Description EcoIdées Bio Chia Seeds 200g
Ecoidées Bio Chia Seeds 200g are high in omega-3 essential fatty acids (15 to 17% in the form of alpha-linolenic acid - ALA). 5 g of chia seed cover 45% of the GDA (daily nutritional benchmarks) in omega-3.
