Advice from your pharmacist

During menstruation
• Change towel, tampon and panty liners regularly (at least 3 times a day), depending on the intensity of the flow to avoid humidity and maceration
• Do not keep the same tampon for more than 4 hours in a row.
• Make a thorough toilet, but avoid douching (except medical prescription)
• Avoid unprotected sex
• The practice of sport is not contraindicated, including swimming.

Daily

• After going to the toilet, wipe back and forth
• Outside the home, do not sit directly on the toilet seat.
