When should you use Lierac Diopti Dark Circle Correcting Fluid?

Lierac Diopti Dark Circle Correcting Fluid is a tinted eye contour treatment formulated with 95% naturally derived ingredients and is fragrance-free. It is designed for all types of dark circles—blue, brown, or sunken—and complements our selection of eye contour treatments with a formula that combines skincare and color correction.

Thanks to its pigments, the fluid conceals dark circles and evens out the under-eye area. After one month of use, 84% of women felt their dark circles were concealed (satisfaction survey, 26 women).

The formula combines a stabilized vitamin C derivative, ascorbyl glucoside, with butcher’s broom root extract (Ruscus aculeatus). It reduces the appearance of dark circles with repeated use: after one month, dark circles were 25% less intense and 34% less widespread (image analysis of 26 women, two applications per day).

Used every morning, the fluid leaves the eyes looking brighter and is applied as the final step in your skincare routine, before any makeup.

Because it is tinted, the serum should be removed every evening: we recommend Bioderma Créaline H2O Yeux, a micellar water for the eyes that removes makeup without rinsing.

How do you apply this tinted concealer?

Directions for Use

Apply a small amount of the fluid to the eye area in the morning, after your usual skincare routine (serum and cream). Smooth the product from the inner corner outward and finish with gentle tapping motions.

Precautions

  • For external use only, on the eye area.

Our expert advice on Lierac Diopti Dark Circle Correcting Fluid

Not all dark circles react the same way: brown, pigment-based dark circles are the most sensitive to the sun, and applying sunscreen around the eyes helps prevent them from becoming more pronounced in the summer. Deep-set dark circles are more related to facial structure: the fluid primarily minimizes them through its tinted effect.

Dark circles that appear suddenly due to extreme fatigue should be discussed with a doctor rather than simply covered up.

FAQ

Does Lierac Diopti Dark Circle Correction Fluid replace a makeup concealer?

It provides a concealing effect thanks to its tinted texture, which is sufficient for a natural look in everyday use. For stronger coverage, a makeup concealer can be applied over it once the fluid has been absorbed.
