When should you use Natessance Arnica Massage Oil?

Natessance Organic Arnica & Organic Harpagophytum Massage Oil combines an organic sunflower oil base with two organic plant extracts, arnica (Arnica montana) and harpagophytum (Harpagophytum procumbens), along with vitamin E and a fragrance. Its formula is 100% naturally derived (calculated according to ISO 16128), and it rounds out our lineof massage oils for athletes.

This massage oil is designed for areas strained by physical activity: calves, thighs, shoulders, or the neck.

Its spray bottle allows you to dispense the oil without spilling it, and its fluid texture spreads easily under your hands. It has been dermatologically tested.

Arnica is a mountain plant from the Asteraceae family; its flowers are used. Harpagophytum, or devil’s claw, is a plant native to southern Africa; its root is used.

Our expert advice on Natessance Arnica Massage Oil

Before using this product for the first time, check for allergies to the Asteraceae family: this family includes chamomile, dandelion, mugwort, and ragweed, and people allergic to one of these plants are often allergic to the others as well. The fragrance in this formula also contains several allergens, which should be noted if you have sensitive skin.

Massage supports recovery but is not a substitute for medical advice: if you experience sharp pain, swelling, or a bruise after a fall or impact, consult a doctor or physical therapist.

FAQ

Should Natessance Arnica Massage Oil be used before or after exercise?

The instructions do not specify a particular time. The massage is most often performed after your workout, in a calm setting, on clean, dry skin.

What is the harpagophytum in Natessance massage oil?

Harpagophytum is a plant native to the semi-desert regions of southern Africa, nicknamed “devil’s claw” because of the hooks on its fruit. In this oil, it is present in the form of an organically grown root extract.
