The formula contains Rigenase, a wheat extract, and polyhexanide, in a base comprising glycerin and polyethylene glycols. The cream is water-dispersible: it can be removed with sterile water when changing the dressing.
Preparing the sterile gauze before opening the tube makes dressing the wound easier. Avoid placing the applicator tip on the wound or on a contaminated surface to help maintain the product’s hygiene.
Before first use, pierce the seal with the cap’s perforator. Apply the necessary amount to the affected area, then cover with sterile gauze, which may also be impregnated with the cream. For subsequent applications, the area may be washed with sterile water beforehand, unless otherwise directed. Close the tube after use and follow the instructions for refilling.
