Symbiosys Defensia from the Biocodex laboratory is suitable for people over 50 years old. It contains a unique formula of three microbiotic strains naturally present in the body. it is Lactobacillus adiophilus PBS066, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BL050 and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum PBS067. It also contains vitamin D which helps the immune system function properly and helps support the bones . Vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue.
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water every morning for at least 1 month. Symbiosys Defencia 50+ is recommended during the winter period.
