Shake for 5 seconds and ensure that the two phases of the product are thoroughly mixed before application.
Apply generously to dry skin half an hour before sun exposure, holding the bottle no more than 5 cm from the skin. Rub in until fully absorbed.
Reapply every two hours after sweating, swimming, or toweling off.
