    What is Blephasol Cosmétique Micellar Lotion 100ml used for?

    Blephasol micellar lotion cleans sensitive eyelids and the free palpebral edge. It is suitable for daily use. It gently removes impurities, scabs and makeup. It does not cause attacks on the skin.

    Our eyes are normally protected by the eyelids, which also serve to distribute the tear film, the film of tears, on the surface of the eye. The skin of the eyelids is extremely thin, and very fragile. The eyelids also host glands that produce meibum, a fatty substance that prevents the evaporation of tears. But these glands can malfunction, causing dry eyes and the appearance of scabs in the eyes : this is called blepharitis . Good eyelid hygiene both removes impurities and unclogs the eyelid glands when they are blocked.

    Blephasol is a micellar lotion specially designed for sensitive eyelids . Thus, its micelles will catch fatty substances to eliminate them. It is effective on scabs, as well as on stains. It is suitable for removing make-up from sensitive eyelids, a fundamental beauty gesture to preserve the skin. Without detergent and also alcohol-free, it has no irritating effect and it does not attack the skin of the eyelids.

    How to properly use this cleanser for sensitive eyelids?

    Use twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, or as needed each time you want to clean your eyelids.
    • Gently apply a hydrophilic compress soaked in the lotion on the eyelids as well as on the base of the eyelashes, while closing the eye.
    • Perform a gesture of massaging the eyelids by making small circular movements to remove all the debris and express the contents of the eyelid glands.
    • Pull lightly on the eyelids, then gently rub the inner edge of the eyelids with a new compress or using a cotton swab soaked in the product to remove the impurities lodged at the beginning of the eyelashes.
    • Repeat on the other eye with a new compress.
    • Without rinsing.
